Our prairie born sourdough is the descendant of a 15-year-old mother, providing unparalleled depth of flavour to our breads and pizza dough.

All loaves are made fresh to order, as close to pickup time as possible. Since fermentation and rise can take up to 48 hours, all loaf and bagel orders are by preorder only, with minimum 2 days advance notice. Pizza dough is available same day.
